To coincide with the start of Gamescom 2018, Capcom today unveiled a slew of brand new screenshots for the upcoming remake of Resident Evil 2.
All these screenshots especially all include Claire Redfield, who’s the second protagonist in the game other than that of Leon Kennedy. While all the footage and graphics that we saw of Resident Evil 2 through its initial reveal at E3 2018 featured Leon, it seems that Capcom has selected Gamescom to begin showing off Claire.
Most of these pictures reveal us Claire’s upgraded character version, however we also have quite a few unique looks at her in action against zombies. We also get one of our very first appearances at Sherry Birkin, a young girl that Claire finds in Raccoon City because she hunts for her brother Chris.
Put simply Resident Evil 2 news, even if you chance to be in Gamescom this week, then be sure to take a look at the game for yourself. Capcom has previously declared that the game will be playable on the show floor, so do your self a favor and make sure you play it if possible.
You may get all of the new Claire screenshots below. Resident Evil 2 will be made to launch early next year on January 25 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. If you’d like to pre-order the game beforehand of the time, you can go over to Amazon to do this at this time.
