Back in 2016, Rebellion Developments released Battlezone on PS4 (for PlayStation VR), before bringing it into PC (Through HTC Vive along with Oculus Rift) Previous year. These days, the programmer revealed Battlezone: Gold Edition, which bundles all of the game’s DLC collectively, drops the VR requirement, and brings the expertise of Xbox One and Nintendo Switch to the very first time.
Battlezone: Gold Edition is anticipated to release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on May 1, although the Nintendo Switch version of this game will launch sometime this Summer. As I mentioned before, the game will include each of the DLC published for Battlezone, meaning players will have a complete variety of bobble-heads, skins, and horns in their own disposal. This version of the game may even include Classic Mode, that can be styled after the original arcade version of Battlezone from the 1980s.
In accordance with Rebellion, both VR and non-VR players will also have the ability to play in co-op; there’s no mention of drama. That having been said, in case you previously own Battlezone, all of the Battlezone: Gold Edition enhancements will come to you via a free upgrade.
