For The King Out of Early Access in April; Comes to Consoles in 2019

Publisher Curve Digital and developer IronOak Games announced For The King will be coming out of early access in April Using PlayStation 4, Xbox One, along with Nintendo Switch Variations set to Start in early 2019.

For The King is really a rogue-like RPG — blending gameplay elements out of JRPGs and plan games — in which you’ll investigate and fight over the realm of Fahrul to avenge your murdered King. Events, quests, and the maps are all generated making every single playthrough feel new and distinctive. The game will include solo and co-op (local and online) play so that you may confront the numerous creatures alone or with a friend.

Established in 2015, IronOak Games is based in Vancouver, Canada and is made up of developers who’ve worked on games like Sleeping Dogs, Dead Rising, and Need for Speed. For The King is going to be the first game the developer releases.

A Kickstarter effort for For The King started in 2015 where it crushed its financing target of30,000 hitting $87,500. The game then entered early access just one year ago where it was priced at $14.99. Once the game fully releases for PC in April, that price will increase to $19.99.
